Vibration isolation reduces costs!
At production companies, chances are high that production machines generate a lot of vibrations for the environment. This can be bothersome for the staff that is working near these machines, for other machines that have problems due to the nearby vibrations, or for the surrounding infrastructure that suffers from long term continuous vibrations.
Vibration isolation makes sure that all these possible problems are taken care off. There are several possible ways to isolate machines, and LDA offers best options in terms of vibration isolation.

For over 60 years, MAC VALVES has been developing innovative industrial solutions. These solutions have the advantage of optimizing the operation of machines and increasing their efficiency.
Based on this experience, MAC VALVES has recently released a product range of innovative pulse valves for dust collectors and scrubbers. These valves are developed to replace the diaphragm valves that are used on the filters without changes to your installation.
The PV series from MAC VALVES is equipped with a bonded spool which allows the valve to operate in contaminated environments. With the bonded spool, the pulse valve has a life up to 10 times the lifetime of a diaphragm valve. The use of bonded spool instead of a membrane results in faster switching of the valves, higher impact forces and a better cleaning of the dust collector.
These valves are available with direct mounted solenoid or remote. For dust collectors that are susceptible to high temperatures, MAC VALVES has a high temperature spool, resistant to temperatures up to 110°C.

Connectors: GW connect / WESTEC connectors by Molex
Where in the past our stock was focused on DIN connectors, we have now added industrial connectors to our stock. Produced by GW Connect, part of the Molex group, these connectors offer incomparable robustness and IP ratings against competitive prices. That is not the only things, because soon we will also add a range of MLXT (a similar range as the famous Deutch connectors) to our sotck. |
Industrial plugs for liquids: Pronal ORJ & OPAP
Need to temporarily plug plumbing of various diameters? Have a look at our very popular ORJ product range of Pronal. Removable plugs ranging from 20mm to 200mm are in stock at LDA, whereas the larger plugs can be mostly supplied within 2 weeks. Also have a look at our OPAP range for fixed inflatable plugs, needed as a safety precaution in case of leaks and a precaution against environmental pollution. The OPAP range is a fixed plug that can be controlled by a pneumatic cabinet which you can order optionally at LDA.
Fluid valves: EMC fluid and gas valves
LDA has a vast range of fluid valves on offer. Together with you, we decide on the best valve for your application. In 2015 we have added EMC fluid valves in stock. These are no-nonsense fluid valves at very competitive prices for non-critical applications.
Air treatment units: FRL
Also new is our increased stock of FRL, with the EMC brand. Air treatment units (FRL) have an important role in the compressed air treatment. The choice of FRL has an impact on the operation and longevity of the components placed after the FRL. These components are typically pneumatic valves and cylinders.
Pneumatic connectors: fittings and tubing
LDA has a wide range of rapid pneumatic fittings, in plastic or stainless steel. Tubing in various diameters are also available from stock.
Insulation and protection: THERMATRON – Insulation blankets for valves and plumbing
The insulation and protection blankets from THERMATRON are easy to remove removable thermal blankets made out of special textiles, aimed specifically for insulating valves. These covers are water- and oil proof and temperature resistant between -50°C à +550°C. The main advantage of these THERMATRON covers is that they are easily removable and re-attachable by means of Velcro style strips. This feature makes that these covers can easily be used again, while greatly diminishing the time and costs needed to remove and place them, as such reducing maintenance costs from the valves.

Thermatron provides insulation systems for your industrial valves, tubing and other industrial systems.
In the past, it wasn’t always easy to insulate those last components of your heating or cooling circuit. But thanks to Thermatron, this is in the past! The insulation system of Thermatron offers:
• An improved process control and efficiency
• Energy savings on your heating and cooling circuits that also lead to less CO2 exhaust, which is better for the environment
• An improved protection for your staff, because the last cold or hot surfaces are insulated, and accidents can be avoided
Dynamic and flexible
Because the Thermatron insulation is flexible and easy to install and remove, less time is necessary to manipulate the insulation, which leads to less maintenance costs. Thermatron uses an innovative technology in the field of industrial insulation, making it easy to insulate all kinds of applications, and giving you the opportunity to switch from non-removable systems to Thermatron flexible insulation.
Save costs while investing in a higher safety!
Your investment in Thermatron insulation is typically paid back within 12 months because of the lower energy usage. The various types of insulation blankets use the latest in insulation technology, and are suitable for the different temperature ranges.
Not only will you save costs, but Thermatron insulation also reduces the exhaust of CO2, and creates an extra safety against corrosion, as such prolonging the lifespan of your installation.
Thermatron insulation also helps improving the work environment for your staff by lowering the temperature in maintenance rooms of heating installations and in confined spaces. This is not only better for your staff, but also for other equipment that is placed close to your heating equipment.
Materials and the manufacturing process
The materials that are used for Thermatron insulation are selected according to the different needs of the industries and applications in which they will be used. As such, Thermatron can guarantee a very effective isolation, adapted to the different work environments.
Because of the Velcro fasteners and rope fasteners, Thermatron insulation is easily reusable. As required in some industries, Thermatron insulation is also washable, because of the use of technical coatings.
Personalised products
Next to standard products, Thermatron can make specific insulation equipment at the request of the customer. Possible adaptations are:
• Different materials
• Different colours
• Identification stickers with:
* Product references
* Customer contact information
* Production dates
* Other data such as material references
