Vibration isolation reduces costs!

At production companies, chances are high that production machines generate a lot of vibrations for the environment. This can be bothersome for the staff that is working near these machines, for other machines that have problems due to the nearby vibrations, or for the surrounding infrastructure that suffers from long term continuous vibrations.

Vibration isolation makes sure that all these possible problems are taken care off. There are several possible ways to isolate machines, and LDA offers best options in terms of vibration isolation.

Many factors have to be taken into account, as example: 

• Load distribution of the machine
• Mounting points of the isolators: top, side, bottom or combination of these options
• Frequency of the vibrations
• Span of the frequency
• Preferred noise level (e.g. metal isolators vs rubber isolators)
• Availability of compressed air

Together with our customers, LDA determines the best options from the above product ranges, makes the design on how to mount the isolators and gives all the necessary operating details (e.g. required air pressure for the air springs).
