Whether you store oil, preheated de-icing fluids, fuel or other chemical liquids, sensors are needed in any case to verify the state of the liquid product. In a typical tank, you can find pressure sensors and switches for verifying the pressure in the tanks, temperature switches for temperature control and flow indicators and switches to be able monitor the in- and outflow of the liquid.

Transportation

The above is not only valid for static tanks, but also for mobile tanks. Liquids on trucks are equally susceptible, and often even more susceptible to influences by environmental conditions such as external heat or cold, movement, and possible external material that might react with chemical liquids. Therefore verification and control is even more important for mobile equipment.
