Plumbing works can be a challenging job. Works on any piping always carry the risk that some liquid passes though the piping at the moment that the works are being carried out. This might give the plumber a wet suit at best, and a danger from burns or chemical substances at worst. The risk increases when working on sections of piping that cannot be closed by valves.
